10 FOODS NECESSARY FOR CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENT
A balanced diet is very important for the growth and development of children. Experts say that some products should be preferred in childhood, because their effect determines health.
According to the Turkish media, Publika.az introduces readers to the list of healthy foods prepared for children by the famous nutritionist Ferin Batman.
1. Products rich in vitamin C.
Vitamin C needs to be met to cleanse the body of toxins and strengthen the immune system. To do this, in all seasons, 2-3 fruits a day should be included in the child's diet. Fruit cookies, fruit ice cream and smoothies can also be used to meet children's cravings for sweets.
2. Oats
